Posarelli, Executive Chef.
Born and raised in Florence, Italy he attended Restaurant/Hotel
management school and began working in Italy( Il Cibreo), Germany ( Steigenberger
Hotels) Japan ( Cibreo Tokyo) and throughout California ( Gladstone’s,
Allegria, Ca’Del sole). He and his wife, Devon Wolf, opened Padri Cucina
and Martini Bar in July 1998 to create a special place to come with family
and friends to eat traditional Tuscan food and lounge in the martini bar
listening to music or having a cigar on the enchanting patio. They have
since expanded and opened their newest venture, Café Fiore in Ventura.
Saverio has consistently been recognized by the Zagat Guide, The Los Angeles
Times and American Express’ Los Angeles Cuisine Chefs.
